Because every item is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for preference changes such as size or color. We will review manufacturing defects such as holes or rips. Contact us with clear photos and your order number if an item arrives defective, and review sizing information carefully before ordering.

Orders & Returns
Samples, changes, cancellations, defects, and refund eligibility.
Contact us immediately. An order may be cancellable during its first 24 hours if production has not started. Once an order enters production, the garment and artwork are committed and the order cannot be changed or cancelled.
Yes. Dallas Print House has no minimum for eligible website products, so you can order one printed sample to check the garment, fit, artwork size, placement, and color before committing to a bulk order or POD listing.
Artwork & Print Quality
Files, color, sizing, pretreatment, and normal DTG tolerances.
Use a high-resolution file built at the intended print size. A transparent PNG is the best choice when the design should not have a background; 300 DPI is recommended. Remove unwanted backgrounds, inspect fine details, and preview the placement before submitting.
Screens display RGB light while DTG printers reproduce artwork with physical inks, so an exact screen-to-garment match is not possible. Garment color, fabric blend, and pigment-dyed variation can also influence the result. Order a sample before a large run when color matching is especially important.
DTG garments are pretreated so the ink bonds to the fabric and stays vibrant. Pretreatment can temporarily create stiffness or a faint outline around the print area. It normally disappears after the first wash; follow the garment care instructions before judging the final hand feel.
Artwork is printed from the placement you approve. Review the canvas, scale, and position carefully before submitting; do not assume the production team will resize the design. The available jumbo DTG area is up to 16 × 20 inches when the garment and placement support it.
Normal DTG tolerances include placement movement up to 0.5 inch, size variation up to 0.25 inch, minor color differences, temporary pretreatment effects, and a softer result on some heathered or blended fabrics. Contact support with photos and your order number when a concern falls outside those tolerances.
Turnaround & Shipping
Production targets, deadlines, tracking, and delivery planning.
Standard website printing is generally produced in 3–5 business days. POD fulfillment targets 5–8 business days after the fulfillment charge is paid, while specialty items or large orders may require up to 12 business days. Shipping transit time is additional and holidays are not business days.
Yes. Tracking is attached when a shipment is created. Retail customers can review their order status from their account, and connected-store sellers can monitor fulfillment from the Dallas Print House dashboard.
Contact us before ordering with the required in-hand date, garment, quantity, print locations, and destination. Production and transit timing vary, so a deadline is not confirmed until our team reviews the full job and responds.
POD & Store Connections
Supported channels, product mapping, billing, and white-label delivery.
Dallas Print House currently supports Shopify, WooCommerce, and Big Cartel connections. Shopify and WooCommerce support connected catalog workflows; Big Cartel sellers map products to listings that already exist in their store.
There is no setup fee or monthly platform fee to connect a supported store. You pay for the blank, printing, applicable services, tax when required, and shipping on the orders Dallas Print House fulfills.
Eligible paid orders are priced from the mapped blank, print locations, services, and shipping. You can pay an order manually or use automatic daily billing. Production begins after the fulfillment charge is paid.
POD orders are produced and shipped white-label, without Dallas Print House markings in the customer package. Your connected store remains the customer-facing brand.
Custom & Bulk Orders
Customer-supplied garments, volume pricing, and quote guidance.
Yes. Customer-provided garment printing starts at $13 per garment and requires at least 10 pieces. Garments must be clean and free of damage. Contact us before delivering or shipping anything so the team can confirm compatibility, quantities, artwork, and logistics.
Eligible self-serve website orders receive automatic volume pricing beginning at 12 pieces. The exact total depends on the garment, print locations, artwork, and quantity shown at checkout.
Use website checkout for straightforward products and print placements shown in the catalog. Request a quote for customer-supplied garments, specialty sourcing, complex multi-location work, unusual finishing, large programs, or jobs with a firm event deadline.
